Delivery Issues & Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

• If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we are unable to replace or refund the order.
