Thank you for shopping with Moraee & Co. We are committed to providing premium hair extensions, tools, and beauty products held to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Please review the policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our store.
Hair Extensions – Returns (7 Days)
We offer returns on eligible, unused, and unworn hair extensions within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- Hair must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All security seals, ties, and original packaging must be fully intact
- Hair must remain secured in its original binding
- Returns are subject to a full inspection and approval
You may open the outer packaging to inspect your order.
However, the hair must remain fully secured in its original ties/bands to remain eligible.
If the security seal is broken, tampered with, or missing, your return will be denied.
Return Method
Approved returns are issued as:
- Exchange or Store Credit Only
We do not offer monetary refunds on hair extension products.
Restocking Standard
A 20% restocking standard will apply to all approved returns.
Return Timeline
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing
- Exchanges or store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after approval
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is covered by Moraee & Co for approved hair extension returns
- A trackable shipping method is required

Wigs – Final Sale
All wig sales are final.
Due to hygiene and customization standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any wig products.
Hair Tools – 7-Day Return & 1-Year Warranty
We accept returns on unused, factory-sealed hair tools within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original, sealed packaging
- Tools with broken seals or signs of use will not be accepted
Approved returns are issued as exchange or store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking standard.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Moraee & Co tools include a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
To submit a warranty request, email returns@moraeeco.com within 12 months of purchase and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Drops or physical damage
- Water exposure
- Unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
Hair Care Products – Final Sale
All hair care items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.
To report a damaged item, contact returns@moraeeco.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photo evidence.
Damages, Incorrect Items, and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email returns@moraeeco.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost.
We do not offer exchanges for used or opened items unless there is a confirmed issue caused by Moraee & Co.
Order Cancellations & Shipping Responsibility
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
- Moraee & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once in the carrier’s possession
