How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited and express options are available at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions. Check our homepage or checkout for eligibility.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, sealed hair extensions and tools within 7 days of delivery. Wigs and used/opened items are final sale. A 20% restocking fee applies.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account at www.moraeeco.com to track your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please review carefully before checkout.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, check your delivery area and contact the shipping carrier. If still unresolved, email hello@moraee.com.
I entered the wrong address. Can it be fixed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at return@moraee.com. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Can I return or exchange a wig?
No. Due to hygiene and customization, all wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are your hair extensions made from real human hair?
Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% donor hair — ethically sourced, high quality, and salon-tested.
Do your tools come with a warranty?
Yes. All MII Professional hair tools include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Learn more on our Returns Page.
