2007
THE VISION BEGINS
With a deep passion for healthy hair and a desire to raise the standard of beauty, a single salon opened its doors — focused on delivering exceptional care, premium service, and a professional atmosphere unlike anything else.
2011
Mastery Meets a Mission
Working daily with every hair type — we mastered the art of styling and protecting all textures. The salon quickly became more than a place to get your hair done; it evolved into a trusted space where talented professionals thrived, and clients returned for consistency, connection, and results that lasted. Yet one challenge remained: The hair available to them and the tools they relied on rarely met professional standards — leaving them without the quality or performance their style deserved. We knew we could change that, by creating premium hair extensions and professional-grade tools that work hand in hand to bring salon results anywhere.
2015
A New Standard in Hair Extensions
Recognizing the need for better quality in the extension market, the brand launched a collection of ethically sourced donor hair. Created for those who expect more — more blend, more body, more longevity — it redefined what premium hair should feel like.
2019
Innovation Through Professional Tools
Designed for performance and protection, a line of styling tools was introduced to bring salon-level results to professionals and everyday users. The tools reflected the same values the brand was built on: quality, precision, and lasting impact.

Expanding Access, Elevating Care
We introduced MII SHIELD Heat Protectant and MII CPR Hair Oil — products designed to work hand-in-hand with our tools to protect, perfect, and preserve hair health. With growing demand, we launched a national e-commerce platform, making it possible for clients and stylists across the country to experience our signature products and service excellence from anywhere.
