What kind of hair are your wigs made from?
All of our wigs are made from 100% real human donor hair.
The hair is sourced from individual donors, carefully sorted, and preserved to maintain its natural cuticle alignment. This allows the hair to move, style, and wear just like natural hair.
Each unit is one of one — once sold, it is not recreated or restocked.
How does my wig stay secure on my head? Is glue or tape used?
Our wigs are designed to be worn without glue or tape.
They feature adjustable straps, elastic bands, and a secure cap construction that allows for a comfortable, snug fit.
For clients who prefer extra security, optional methods can be discussed, but glue is not required for everyday wear.
How long can I expect my wig to last?
With proper care, our donor-hair wigs can last 12 months or longer.
Longevity depends on how often the unit is worn, how it’s styled, and how it’s maintained.
Because the hair is real human hair, caring for it properly — just like natural hair — is key to extending its life.

When will I receive my order?
We do our best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using UPS Ground shipping, depending on the destination.
