To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following:

$300 per hour

3-hour minimum required
(Base rental starts at $900)

$200 one-time cleaning fee is applied to each booking
(Already included in the total price at checkout)

10% OFF the hourly rental fee for bookings of 8 hours or more
(Cleaning fee is not discounted)

You can book up to 14 hours per day

General Rules

  • No smoking inside the building
  • No illegal substances or activities allowed on the premises
  • Outside catering is allowed with prior approval
  • All guests must vacate the space by the end of the booking time
  • Please respect the equipment and salon furniture—any damage will result in additional charges
  • No unauthorized use of OUR Salon products or tools
  • All trash must be disposed of in provided bins
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • No glitter, confetti, or open flames
  • Music is allowed but must remain at a respectful volume
  • Please treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. We want every guest to enjoy a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have video recording devices on the premises. Our salon is equipped with security cameras that record video only. These cameras are located in the following areas: Main entrance Reception area Common salon floor (styling stations and open areas) Back hallway leading to staff rooms All cameras are for security purposes only and do not record audio. They will remain on during your booking.

What’s included when I rent the full salon?

Full access to our 3,800 sq. ft. luxury salon, including:

  • All styling stations and shampoo areas
  • Dryer + hydration steam bar setup
  • Client lounge and refreshment bar
  • Onsite laundry access
  • Secure entry and parking
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth audio access
  • 11 customizable TVs for brand visuals or ambiance
What are the rental hours and availability?

Full Salon Rentals:
Available on Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays for private events, content shoots, or classes. A 3-hour minimum is required.

  • Friday and Saturday bookings are subject to premium pricing due to high demand.
  • Extended access may incur additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?

Full Salon Rentals

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before your rental date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the rental price. (Cleaning fees and any service charges are non-refundable.)
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Charged 100% of the total booking.
  • You may reschedule once, with at least 21 days’ notice, and the new date must be used within 60 days of your original booking.
Do you offer any discounts for rentals?

Yes, we offer discounts for extended bookings.

When you reserve the salon for 8 hours or more, you’ll automatically receive a 10% discount on your total rental rate. It’s our way of offering added value to guests planning full-day experiences, classes, or content productions.

Rental Duration & Time Management
  • Your reserved rental time includes all setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly.
  • Late departures beyond the scheduled rental period will incur additional hourly charges.
  • Early arrivals are not permitted unless coordinated and approved in advance.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. Unattended minors are not permitted.
  • Photography and content creation are permitted at your station, provided it does not obstruct other professionals or clients.
Liability & Damages
  • Renters are fully responsible for the conduct of their clients and the care of their assigned space.
  • Any damage to salon equipment, furnishings, or property caused during the rental will be billed to the renter
